This year marks Upper Valley Rowing & Friends (formerly Friends of UVRF-Lebanon Crew) 15th YEAR participating in The Prouty. Five years ago we broke the $1 million dollar mark in funds raised for the Dartmouth Cancer Center; two years ago we broke the $2 million mark; 2026 is the year to crush our total fundraising for the Dartmouth Cancer Center solidly over the $3 million dollar mark!
Our team consists of members of Upper Valley Rowing Foundation's (UVRF) junior (middle and high school) rowing teams, members of UVRF's cancer survivor rowing program called CReW (Cancer Recovery Through RoWing), adult members of UVRF, and these groups’ collective friends, family and supporters. Please join our team and help us make a difference - ALL are welcome!
Over the past 14 years our team has raised $2,898,000 dollars in support of the Dartmouth Cancer Center. Last year our 214 team members raised a truly astonishing $629,664 (!!!) in support of research and patient and family support services! Wow! That's awesome - let's do that again!
There are two ways you can help us support patients, doctors and caregivers in the fight against cancer:

2. Make a gift by clicking the ‘donate’ button to help us reach our goal. Or you can click on an individual's name to donate to their personal fundraising efforts.
All funds raised will help fund innovative researchers and clinicians who are dedicated to finding ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer. Prouty funds also provide meaningful patient and family support services that would otherwise be unfunded—such as the cancer center food pantry, support groups, massage, art therapy programs, transportation and grocery assistance, and more.
