The Prouty 2025

Team TOML (That Others May Live)

This year, we will be participating in The Prouty along with thousands of our fellow community members who will bike, walk, row, golf and more to raise money for Dartmouth Cancer Center. We draw our Team Name, "Team TOML" from the Air Force Combat Search and Rescue community--a community devoted to saving the lives of those in need, anywhere, anytime.

Meet the team!

Benjamin Stallmann is the Team Captain, and an Upper Valley local. He is currently serving in the US Air Force as an HH-60W helicopter pilot and member of the Combat Rescue community. He rides for his mom, who has fought cancer and won three times.

Mac Caldwell, Ben’s college classmate and a fellow Veteran, originally hails from Lower Appalachia. He rides for the father of a close friend who, although healthy his entire life, was just surprised with a diagnosis of stage four metastatic cancer.

Marty Solomon, Ben’s uncle, is riding for two very dear friends who passed away from cancer a month apart back in 2023.  His childhood friend Mark survived for many years after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and his neighbor and riding buddy, Ted, died within a year of being diagnosed with cancer.

Christian Avery is Ben's high school best friend, and rides for his family and friends who have and continue to battle cancer.

All funds raised will help fund innovative researchers and clinicians who are dedicated to finding ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer. Prouty funds also provide meaningful patient and family support services that would otherwise be unfunded—such as support groups, massage, art therapy programs, transportation and grocery assistance, and more.

Thank you for your support!
