Dear Friends and Family,

We've all known, loved, and probably even lost family members and friends who at one point were diagnosed with cancer.  

This year, I will be participating again in The Prouty, a major fundraising event that provides countless ways for families and individuals to participate -- walking, cycling, kayaking, golfing, etc. -- to raise money for Dartmouth Cancer Center.  

Although I've ridden in The Prouty before, this year I've chosen to fundraise for Dartmouth's Cancer Center beyond my own donation.  The Cancer Center provided tremendous care for my friend Stuart Close during the last five years of his 12-year battle with cancer, until his recent death in April.  In previous years, I've ridden with Stu; now I'm riding to honor his memory.
