This year, I am participating in The Prouty (remote) as part of Team Maura. I have so many memories of time spent in the great outdoors with Maura. The earliest memories involve a blanket and sunny hillside with a Bartles and Jaymes. Later, it was time on the coast of Maine. In the recent years, we trained together (but separately) for hikes at Zion and the Grand Canyon. Maura was unable to brave the canyon, but I took her with me in my thoughts. I will be hiking at a high elevation to remind me of Vermont - a place we spent a lot of time together. 

More than one third of all people will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lifetimes.* It’s a universal problem that touches everyone, including the most important people in our lives. That’s why I joined The Prouty. All of the funds I raise go toward cutting-edge cancer research and crucial patient support services at the Cancer Center.
