Welcome to the my personal page
This year, I will be participating in The Prouty along with thousands of my fellow community members who will bike, walk, row, golf and more to raise money for Dartmouth Cancer Center. I am dedicating my effort to two important people in my life who passed away this past year. Lee Hobbs was a Prouty participant for many years, was a friend who was like family and a great biking buddy. We were also fellow colleagues who ran the rental shop at Arrowhead skiway in Claremont. Seymour Hanan was my son in law's Dad. He was a very humorous guy who welcomed Sandy and me into his family. We will never forget the hours of laughter we had being with him when we played family games together.
This year, I will plan a 50 mile bike route to do my virtual Prouty from Colorado, where I now live. Please give as generously as you can, keeping in mind that I am a cancer survivor too.
More than one third of all people will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lifetimes.* It’s a universal problem that touches everyone, including the most important people in our lives. That’s why I joined The Prouty. All of the funds I raise go toward cutting-edge cancer research and crucial patient support services at the Cancer Center.

Here are two ways that you can help support patients, doctors and caregivers in the fight against cancer:
- Join me! Register for The Prouty today.
- Make a gift to my Prouty fundraiser and help me reach my goal. Click the ‘donate’ button to support my efforts in the 2024 Prouty.
All funds raised will help fund innovative researchers and clinicians who are dedicated to finding ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer. Prouty funds also provide meaningful patient and family support services that are otherwise unfunded—such as support groups, massage, art therapy programs, transportation and grocery assistance, and more.
Thank you for your support!
Together, we are changing lives. Together, we will end cancer.
I am registered for the Prouty in 2021.
