Welcome to the Prouty page of Nancy Sykas Nalette
I will walk the Prouty in memory of my sister Sally King, who lost her 3 year battle with cancer in 2016.
I will walk the Prouty in memory of my dad, Harry Hutchins, who lost his battle with cancer in 2021.
I will walk the Prouty in memory of my co-worker, Gus Johnson, who lost his battle with cancer in 2021.
I will walk the Prouty in memory of my grandmother, Margaret Audette, who lost her battle with cancer.
I will walk the Prouty in memory of my mothers in law Marion Nalette and Genevieve Sykas, who lost their battles with cancer.
I will walk the Prouty in memory of many others that cancer has taken from us, including: Leonard Nalette, Ernie Nalette, Millie Boissonneault, Charlie Day, Ed Patriquin and Ed Leavitt.
I will walk the Prouty in support of countless friends and relatives who are currently battling cancer.
I will walk the Prouty in honor of the many friends and relatives who are cancer survivors.
I will again be participating in the 43rd Annual Prouty, held on July 13, 2024, in Hanover, New Hampshire. Money raised helps to fund cancer research and patient supportive services at Dartmouth's Norris Cotton Cancer Center, one of only 49 comprehensive cancer centers designated by the National Cancer Institute. Supporting The Prouty means supporting researchers and clinicians who are working on innovative ways to prevent, diagnose, treat and hopefully, one day, cure cancer. You're also supporting important patient supportive services that would otherwise not be funded such as support groups, massage, writing and arts therapy programs.
