The 2022 Prouty Team
Jaclynn Rodriguez, Executive Director
Jaclynn and the Friends team raise vital funds and awareness for Dartmouth Cancer Center. Jaclynn works with the Friends Board of Directors, as well as all corporate partners and numerous volunteer committees that provide critical help in producing and supporting community fundraising efforts of the Friends. She also oversees the Friends signature event, The Prouty & Prouty Ultimate, along with other Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center fundraising events. Jaclynn joined the Friends in August 2020. Prior to joining the Friends, Jaclynn served as the director of development at the Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer in Seattle, WA. Jaclynn also led the endurance peer-to-peer fundraising events program as the senior development director for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Washington & Alaska Chapter, and as the national director for OP3, where she helped raise an average of $45 million each season managing the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, a nine-city series, multi-day fundraising walk program benefiting the Avon Foundation for Women.

Bruce Bouchard, Prouty Operations Director
Bruce manages The Prouty bike, walk, row, and golf events. He coordinates a wide range of collaborative services and personnel, ensuring all aspects of route logistics and safety protocols are in place to produce a safe and successful event. Bruce works alongside volunteers to help execute the Prouty and make it all happen! A true team player, Bruce also steps up to help with logistics for our many other year-round events.
Sarah Markwell, Events Manager
Sarah manages all-things-finance for the Friends including processing all the donations that come in from Friends events. Sarah also manages our Friends Fighting Cancer and Team Tennis to Smash Cancer fundraising efforts. During Prouty season she oversees a group of interns who help manage the influx of generous donations and sponsorships. She also assists with the operations and planning that go into The Prouty and other Friends events - and loves playing around with all the data the events leave behind!
Heidi Allen Goodrich, Creative Services & Development Manager
Heidi is the graphic designer for the Friends. She creates visuals for The Prouty, all Friends events, and all Cancer Center development collateral, including production of The Prouty Chronicle. She is the volunteer coordinator for the Friends, and manages hundreds of volunteers for The Prouty and other events. Heidi also manages Crush Cancer and Your Trainer.
Kelley Barton, Events Manager
Kelley manages communications for the Friends and works with the various volunteer committees. She facilitates community interaction through the Friends and Prouty social media channels and works behind the scenes on the Prouty website. Kelley also manages Squash Cancer.
Kirsten Elin, Events Specialist
Kirsten joined the Friends team in January 2022. She works closely with participants to help answer questions and provide any support needed. Kirsten also helps to manage the incoming donations in our database, and various other projects to help make the Prouty possible and raise funds for the Cancer Center.
Jan Proctor, Prouty Ultimate Logistics Coordinator
Jan has been involved with the Prouty for many years as a rider, volunteer, and now helps to coordinate route logistics and safety protocols for the Prouty Ultimate. Jan plans all aspects of route safety, site preparations, and more for the Prouty Ultimate.
SARAH EARNEST, DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Sarah joined Dartmouth Cancer Center in May 2021 to connect and engage with the Cancer Center community in Southern New Hampshire. She also works closely with the Friends on various initiatives including The Prouty. Sarah helps facilitate corporate sponsorships and is working closely with the Prouty Executive Committee and the Prouty Ultimate.
The Prouty Executive Committee
The Prouty Executive Committee is a dedicated group of volunteers and staff that meet regularly to help plan, prepare, and execute all facets of The Prouty. The event would not be possible without the dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work of these passionate individuals.
