Mountain Folk
This year, we will be participating in The Prouty in honor of Linda Mountain who lost her battle to breast cancer July 2024. This year we hope to do what she loved, exercise, to raise money for Dartmouth Cancer Center.
More than one third of all people will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lifetimes.* It’s a universal problem that touches everyone, including the most important people in our lives. That’s why we have united as a Prouty team to fundraise for cutting-edge cancer research and crucial patient support services at the Cancer Center. Hope starts here!
There are two ways you can help us support patients, doctors and caregivers in the fight against cancer:
- Join our team! Register today by clicking the ‘register’ button.
- Make a gift by clicking the ‘donate’ button to help us reach our goal. Or you can click an individual's name to donate to their personal fundraising efforts.
All funds raised will help fund innovative researchers and clinicians who are dedicated to finding ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer. Prouty funds also provide meaningful patient and family support services that would otherwise be unfunded—such as support groups, massage, art therapy programs, transportation and grocery assistance, and more.
