This year, I will be participating in the Prouty with my boys and other family members to do our part to raise funds for cancer research. This has been a tough year for our family, with my husband, Mike, being diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in December. He had surgery to remove the tumor in January, and then a rigorous six cycles of chemotherapy. Scans that were taken on Monday, June 24th show NO new growth and we are now moving into surveillance. We feel incredibly lucky to be in this situation with an incredible team at Dartmouth Cancer Center who have helped us through this. Our heart aches for everyone who faces this horrible disease, and we want to help raise money to defeat it.
Together, we will go all in to end cancer.

All funds raised will help fund innovative researchers and clinicians who are dedicated to finding ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer. Prouty funds also provide meaningful patient and family support services that are otherwise unfunded—such as support groups, massage, art therapy programs, transportation and grocery assistance, and more.
