On Friday July 12th and 13th, I am excited to be participating in The 43nd annual Prouty cycling event along with my teammates on team “Three Generations” and thousands of my fellow community members to raise money for the Dartmouth Cancer Center. I love cycling and it’s a great way for me to give something back to the community. This is the 20th year for Team Three Generations and they have raise tens of thousands of dollars in support of the Dartmouth Cancer Center. Last year I rode a 100 miles on Saturday and raised over $800. I met lots of people dedicated to the fight against cancer and many survivors as well. This year I am hoping to ride 75 miles on Friday and 100 miles on Saturday and raise $1800.00 for Cancer Research. Together, we will go all in to end cancer.

More than one third of all people will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lifetimes.* It’s a universal problem that touches everyone, including the most important people in our lives. I am riding to raise money and support those people that I know and are close to me personally, whose lives have been profoundly affected by cancer. That’s why I joined The Prouty again this year. All of the funds I raise go toward cutting-edge cancer research and crucial patient support services at the Cancer Center.
