Welcome to the my personal page
Once again this year, I will be participating in Row the Prouty. What is new about my effort is that I will be dedicating my whole row to my brother, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer this spring. In the past, I have felt grateful that, with my rowing, I could recognize many friends and family members who have survived cancer as well as those who were in treatment or those who had passed away. This year, however, cancer has come one step closer to my awareness - my only brother - and I want to focus my fund raising to honor him.
I hear from him about his treatment, about how the new discoveries are helping him fight this awful disease, and because of these discoveries, about how his care is individualized, specific to him and his type of cancer. I know that many of those discoveries have come about because of the funding The Prouty provides researchers.
I want to raise money for The Prouty more than ever this year, and here is one way you could help me do that:
Make a gift to my Prouty fundraiser and help me reach my goal. Click the ‘donate’ button to support my efforts in the 2023 Prouty.
All funds raised go to research and patient and family support services at Dartmouth Cancer Center. Each year many innovative researchers and clinicians who are dedicated to finding ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer are funded by Prouty dollars. Meaningful patient and family support services that are otherwise unfunded are funded by Prouty dollars—such as support groups, massage, art therapy programs, transportation and grocery assistance, and more.
Thank you for your support!
Together, we are changing lives. Together, we will end cancer.

I am registered for the Prouty Row in 2021.
