Dear Friends

In two weeks I will again be riding The Prouty along with thousands of fellow community members who will bike, walk, row, golf and more to raise money for The Dartmouth Cancer Center.

More than one third of all of us will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in our lifetimes. It’s a universal problem that touches everyone, including the most important people in our lives. That’s why I joined The Prouty over forty five years ago to ride in memory of my Mom, Sharon, Mark, Fred and many others you all have asked me to honor.  

This year I will be dedicating my ride to my first love, GWEN, from ninth grade. She now is in a tough fight against cancer . I will also ride for my big bro who last week learned that he has cancer.

All of the funds we raise goes toward cutting-edge cancer research and crucial patient support services at the Cancer Center. Hope starts here!
