In honor of large birthdays (mine), and enormous gratitude that I remain healthy enough to grunt my way up and down some hills, I invite you to join my effort to  raise money for Dartmouth Cancer Center. Many of you know that I lost my funny, spirited, community-minded sister Suzy way too early to breast cancer, and this year will mark the 20th anniversary of her death. Perhaps you will consider multiples of 20 or 70 in making your gift, but whatever the amount, it makes a difference because together we are capable of doing a great deal to end cancer.  

I set myself the goal of raising $20,000 in honor of Suzy, and I am so close and really hope you will help me. As I write this, my fundraising is at $16,908 and all I need is another $1500 as Dorothy Byrne continues to match fundraising

All funds raised will help fund innovative researchers and clinicians who are dedicated to finding ways to prevent, diagnose, and treat cancer. Prouty funds also provide meaningful patient and family support services that are otherwise unfunded—such as support groups, massage, art therapy programs, transportation and grocery assistance, and more.
