The Deaf and hard-of-hearing community holds a special place in my heart because of my mother?s work as an audiologist and my own experiences as a nurse. Through both of our roles, I?ve seen how vital communication, understanding, and accessibility are in providing care and connection. Supporting this community is not only meaningful to me personally, but also essential to creating truly inclusive healthcare.
