Welcome to Myles Rheinhardt's fundraising page!
Why your Donation to CHaD Matters to me:
Playing in the CHaD football game is an accolade I feel very proud of. While CHaD has been a support to so many CHaD has had direct impact to my extended family. In 2008 my cousin Parker Bolton was born with a congenital heart defect known as hypoplastic left heart syndrome. At 7 days old Parker had his first open heart surgery followed by 4 additional major open heart surgeries, many cardiac procedures and numerous medication changes. In March of 2018 at the age of 9 Parker was added to the heart transplant list. In May of 2018 Parker received his heart and while Parker’s care team includes numerous amazing providers and clinicians the team at CHaD was one of the first care teams to support Parker and his parents. It is my honor to give back to CHaD on behalf of Parker.
Regardless of size, every donation matters, and I sincerely appreciate your support. Here are some additional reasons I'm asking for your donation:
•CHaD serves 95,000 unique pediatric patients annually from across Northern New England
•No child is ever turned away due to financial or insurance circumstances
•The Child Life Program alone is able to serve 12,000 kids each year thanks, in part, to fundraising from the CHaD All-Star Football Game.
Please support my efforts to help the kids and programs at CHaD!
