The 2025 Prouty Team
Jaclynn Rodriguez, Executive Director
Jaclynn and the Friends team raise vital funds and awareness for Dartmouth Cancer Center. Jaclynn works with the Friends Board of Directors, as well as all corporate partners and numerous volunteer committees that provide critical help in producing and supporting community fundraising efforts of the Friends. She also oversees the Friends signature event, The Prouty & Prouty Ultimate, along with other Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center fundraising events. Jaclynn joined the Friends in August 2020. Prior to joining the Friends, Jaclynn served as the director of development at the Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer in Seattle, WA. Jaclynn also led the endurance peer-to-peer fundraising events program as the senior development director for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Washington & Alaska Chapter, and as the national director for OP3, where she helped raise an average of $45 million each season managing the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, a nine-city series, multi-day fundraising walk program benefiting the Avon Foundation for Women.

Olive Isaacs, Sr. Director, Community Fundraising & Engagement
With more than 20 years’ experience in peer-to-peer fundraising programs and strategy, Olive focuses on driving engagement and continued growth for the Friends’ premier events and community activities. Olive began working with the Friends and Prouty program in 2021 and officially joined the team in 2024. Prior to joining the Dartmouth community, Olive worked for two national fundraising consulting and event firms, focusing on program design, marketing, peer to peer participant acquisition, retention and fundraising strategies for runs, walks and rides spanning the US. Her passion for the Prouty is both professional and personal as her mother received care at the Dartmouth Cancer Center and she works each day to honor her battle.

Bruce Bouchard, Prouty Operations Director
A critical member of the Prouty Team since 2007, Bruce manages The Prouty bike, walk, row, and golf events. He coordinates a wide range of collaborative services and personnel, ensuring all aspects of route logistics and safety protocols are in place to produce a safe and successful event. Bruce works alongside volunteers to help execute the Prouty and make it all happen! A true team player, Bruce also steps up to help with logistics for our many other year-round events.

Sarah Markwell, Senior Events & Development Manager
Sarah has been with The Prouty since 2017. She is the staff lead for communications, data analysis, Prouty Gear, and registration. Sarah also leads the Annual Team Tennis to Smash Cancer fundraiser.

Heidi Allen Goodrich, Creative Services & Development Manager
Heidi has been with Friends team since 2018, and leads the creative strategy, visual design and production for a wide range of communications projects to support The Prouty, and Dartmouth Cancer Center.

Dominic Lord, Events Manager
Dominic joined the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center in January 2023. Dominic helps the Friends to plan, support, and execute the Prouty event. He is also the volunteer coordinator for The Prouty, and manages the Friends event, Crush Cancer and Your Trainer. Dominic works with Friends Board members, volunteers, committees, team captains, participants, donors, and community members. Prior to joining the Friends, Dominic served as the senior development coordinator at Grassroot Soccer, Hanover, NH.

Christopher McCown, Events & Logistics Coordinator
Chris joined the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center in December 2022. His primary role is logistics for The Prouty Ultimate and has also been the driving force behind the new Prouty MTB Ride. Chris has worked in the bike industry for years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Emily Manning, Communications & Database Manager
Emily has been a part of the Friends team since February 2024. Emily builds and manages The Prouty website and facilitates email deliveries, ensuring the most accurate information gets to Prouty participants. Additionally, Emily reconciles all Prouty donation making sure funds are appropriately allocated.

Laura Howard, Assistant Director of Development
Laura joined the Cancer Center development team in January 2025. She supports the Prouty by helping to secure sponsorships from local, regional, and national partners. Laura has been a member of the Dartmouth community since 2021, and previously worked at the Hood Museum of Art. As a new addition to the team, 2025 will be Laura’s first-ever Prouty.

The Prouty Executive Committee
The Prouty Executive Committee is a dedicated group of volunteers and staff that meet regularly to help plan, prepare, and execute all facets of The Prouty. The event would not be possible without the dedication, enthusiasm, and hard work of these passionate individuals.
