On March 22, Team Tennis to Smash Cancer (TTSC) returns to the Upper Valley, continuing its tradition of delivering powerful impact – fueling groundbreaking cancer research and important patient and family support services at Dartmouth Cancer Center and is now part of the Prouty family!

This event has already raised over $500,000 through its first 10 years, supporting cancer research and complementary care at the Dartmouth Cancer Center and, as part of The Prouty, will have an opportunity for an even greater impact as all gifts will be doubled, thanks to the generosity of the Jack and Dorothy Byrne Foundation!

FORMAT

Doubles Round Robin– There will be four two-hour sessions with four levels (USTA 3.0 – 5.0) of play starting at 9 am. Modified team tennis with social but competitive, round-robin doubles play. Sign up as a team for one of the four time slots or join as an individual and we will match you up with appropriate teammates! Everyone is welcome, we want to see as many players on the court as possible enjoying the day and helping raise critical dollars for Dartmouth Cancer Center.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

There is no registration fee for Team Tennis Smash Cancer. The individual participant fundraising minimum is $150 to secure your spot at the event.

The fundraising minimum must be met prior to playing (at check-in on March 22). Donations must be received by Thursday, March 19th, at 5pm to be counted in the competition for top fundraising awards.

VIRTUAL TENNIS

Can't make it to the courts on March 22? Take the game into your own hands! Join Prouty Tennis as a virtual participant and play whenever and wherever you choose. Whether you’re rallying at a local club or practicing your serve in the driveway, you can still make a massive impact.

KIDS AND FAMILY CLINIC (NEW THIS YEAR!)

The first session of the morning, 8:00 am to 9:00 am is for young players (ages 5 – 13) with or without their parents. Storrs Pond Tennis Directors Billy Pontious and Kelly Finn will lead an hour of fun-filled tennis games for kids and families. This promises to be a fun hour of tennis for your family!

The clinic requires pre-registration separate from the main tennis event, with a $50 registration fee payable onsite the day of the event.

SPECTATORS

Join us as a spectator for Team Tennis to Smash Cancer! There is no fee for spectators, but donations will be accepted. Please invite your friends and family to join us at the Boss Arena to cheer on our players as they Smash Cancer!
