Welcome to Prouty: Golf! This year’s Prouty Golf takes place on Saturday, June 13th at Eastman Golf Links in Grantham, NH. Participants will enjoy a four-person scramble with shotgun start, complimentary lunch, prizes, silent auction and post-event reception with food and beverages. It's the perfect way to spend the day while showcasing your commitment to ending cancer!

Registration Details

NEW for 2026 – All golfers will need to register as individuals as there will be no foursome registration option this year. Every member of your team needs to register as an Individual. When registering, there will be a place to enter the names of your preferred pairing(s) and we will use this information to create foursomes. If you have questions or if you would like to register and pay for your entire foursome offline, please email Dominic Lord at Dominic.Lord@hitchcock.org.

Individual Golfer – Registration Fee $50 per person, Fundraising Minimum $200
Minimums must be met by May 13th or the credit card used for registration will be charged for outstanding balance.

Benefits: All golf participants receive a wind vest, complimentary lunch and post-golf reception with food and beverages provided. Eligibility for Prouty Gear Rewards is included, rewards are based on individual fundraising.

Format of Play

• Shotgun start scramble format
• The driver of the selected t-shot will “step-aside” for the second shot. Following, all players play until reaching the green.
• One-putt maximum: once reaching the green, each group attempts only one putt. If not successful, the group takes on 2-strokes for that green and move on.
• Every player must use their driver once per 9-holes.

Schedule

• 8:30-9:45am – Check-in. After checking-in and receiving your swag bag, you can warmup on the driving range or putting green. The driving range includes free coaching by an Eastman Golf Pro.
• 9:00am – Beverage cart available
• 9:45am – Call to carts
• 9:50am-10:00am – Opening Ceremony & Golf Overview
• 10:00am – Shotgun start scramble
• 11:00am – Complimentary BBQ lunch available
• 3:00pm-4:30pm (approximately) – Golf reception with appetizers and beverages, closing ceremony, awards, and prizes. Reception to begin upon completion of play.
