Game Day Details

Support Dartmouth Health Children’s by rounding up!
Thanks to the support of the SNHU Arena, when you purchase concessions on game day you will have the option to round up your sale, with proceeds benefitting Dartmouth Health Children’s. Enjoy your game day snacks while supporting the children and families we serve!

Before attending on game day, please be aware of the SNHU Arena Venue Policies.

  • All SNHU Arena points of sale, including concessions are CASHLESS. The Dartmouth Children’s 50/50 and merchandise tables will accept cash.
  • Bag Policy:
    • Bags larger than 9" x 12" x 4" will not be permitted into the arena, this includes backpacks
    • SNHU Arena's CLEAR BAG POLICY allows patrons to bring their personal belongings in a clear tote not to exceed 9" x 12" x 4"
    • Wristlets are permitted but may not exceed 4" x 6" x 1"
    • Purses and backpacks are no longer permitted inside of SNHU Arena
    • Limited exceptions for medical or diaper bags will be allowed

This is a ticketed event. Please have your Ticketmaster mobile tickets available to scan for every member in your party upon entry.

  • Tickets will be available for purchase on game day for $20 per person. Children 10 and under are free.
  • If you did not add a children’s 10 and under ticket to your mobile order, you will receive a ticket from the SNHU Arena staff upon entry.
  • If you purchased an Ultimate Badges Fan Ticket, please have those tickets available to scan upon entry. Please note, these tickets are for front row only, and you will have a designated, reserved seat with your name printed on the seat. Please bring your physical food and discount merchandise vouchers that were mailed to you, to the Arena.
  • If you do not have an Ultimate Badges Fan ticket, please do not sit in a seat marked “RESERVED.” You may sit anywhere else in the Arena, as the rest of the seating is GA.

Kids Zone

We are excited to host our community partners in the Kids Zone once again, located on the South Concourse. Kid Zone activities including:

  • Face Painting
  • Make and take science kit
  • Teddy Bear Clinic with a cuddly friend you can bring home
  • Giveaways, prizes and more!

Scavenger Hunt

How many tables can you visit? Look for the Scavenger Hunt table signs located at most vendor tables around the entire Arena, mark your card once you’ve visited each one, and you will be entered to win a family prize pack which includes:

  • Passes to the See Science Center
  • Meal Cards to Texas Roadhouse
  • Tickets to a Fisher Cats game
  • Battle of the Badges Swag

Official game day merchandise will be available for purchase on the North Concourse.

  • New this year with limited quantity: game day jerseys! Represent either Team Police or Team Fire, matching their uniform
  • Team Fire and Team Police Tees
  • Battle of the Badges beanies and sweatshirts
  • Game day Puck and foam fingers to cheer on your team
  • Battle of the Badges decal

50/50 tickets will be available to purchase at our table next to merchandise on the North Concourse, or from our wonderful volunteers wearing orange aprons. They will be 5 for $5, 12 for $10 or 25 for $20.

The winner will be announced before the end of the game. The winner must be present to win.
